    Never thought at 48 yrs of age I'd find Life Changing Period Protections

    I switched to the Flex discs single use first and yes the first time there's a learning curve but I then ordered the cup and then they reusable disc and I can't imagine dealing with tampons anymore. I also don't get yeast infections like I use to. I just ordered the bamboo pads. I wish Flex was around 20 years ago. Our daughters all use the Flex products now too! Life changing for so many reasons!

    These have changed my life. I felt like I had tried everything, including a cup and I was seriously contemplating sleeping in adult diapers because I was so uncomfortable sleeping during my period and then my sister told me about these. My first couple days I have to wear a panty liner with them (which is fine) but then the rest of my period I completely forget about it. I could never go back to tampons or pads.

    I forgot I had my period

    The disc takes a few wears to get used to, but once I did I forgot I even had my period. Way less cramps than when I wear tampons, and it lasts so much longer. I feel like I have more mobility and my period isn’t in the way.
